R: I went to a panel discussion about leadership through innovation at Baruch College. The boss is out of town on vacation so he asked me to fill in at what was essentially a breakfast for executive directors. Already I didn't want to go and then I saw my nametag was spelled wrong. Fail.

C: Even though it is only Thursday, today was our last night in Nigeria. As was the idea last time I was here, our program staff here thought to treat us to a big dinner at Chopsticks. Chinese food in Nigeria is definitely not the same as the typical places in the US. Initially, you quickly realize that that the place is specifically catered to tourists and for special events. Pricing is fairly high (the least expensive red wine was 5500₦), and the food itself is actually rather fresh and cleanly presented. Costs aside, I really looked forward to the trip and of course, enjoyed the feast.
