R: Since I always have a three day weekend, Monday holidays are not that exciting for me. However due to the lovely 50 degree weather, there was definitely a feeling of freedom in the neighborhood. Usually I'm not so good at taking full advantage of my extra day off, but it was too nice out not to at least take a walk - it's been months since I made it out to the piers for a change of scenery.
It's not exactly the beach, but I suppose sunset on the Hudson will do just fine.
C: Red sky at night, sailor's delight...I'm hoping tonight's sky portends of fairer weather, but according to The Weather Channel, we have more of this on the way, all day tomorrow. R, I hope you enjoyed your warm MLK day, because it looks like it is sweeping through your neck-of-the-woods tomorrow...
