R: I was disappointed to wake up to snow this morning. However, by midday the snow had stopped, and by the time I made my way back home there were only vaguely wet sidewalks to suggest that it had ever happened.
C: Few things surprise me in Brookline, but--boy--was I surprised to find this graffiti'd underpass/alleyway on Dean Rd on my way home. I suppose I can chalk it up to the fact that Dean is closer to Cleveland Circle than Coolidge Corner...but still, it is Brookline. My favorite part of this defacement of property is the right door seen here, with the chihuahua, Ren, of the infamous cartoon with his manx pal, Stimpy. I was a bit curious to see what was lies past the doors, but it was getting late--and to reference another Nickelodeon favorite--I've seen enough "Are You Afraid of the Dark?" to actually be. Creepy.
