R: One of the first things I notice about a person (after faces and butts) is the type of shoe he or she is wearing. It might be left over from my days of being a model for art classes when looking up was kind of awkward, but I also think that shoes say a lot about the person wearing them. My shoes probably say I'm practical but not that practical, fashion conscious but not that fashionable and cheap (at least when it comes to my feet). I tend to look at guys' shoes more than women's because men tend to wear more diverse styles than women in this city. At least it's easy to tell what's in style. Hello animal prints - rawrrr!
